Prices
- All prices listed on our website are in NZD and exclude delivery costs.
- For New Zealand
customers, prices are inclusive of New Zealand GST (Goods and Services Tax,
12.5%).
- Overseas customers are exempted from the New Zealand GST and hence will
only be charged the list
price divided by 1.125.

Ordering and Payment Information

For online orders, you can choose to either pay with your credit
card, send us a local cheque in
New Zealand dollars, or direct credit to our company bank account personally or through
internet banking. Upon receiving your online order form, we will send you a separate email to
confirm the availability of the product(s) you have ordered and the payment options and details.

Credit card payments are accepted online through ANZ eGate's secure payment gateway, hosted by
EFTPOS New Zealand Ltd. You will be directed to a secure page hosted by
ANZ eGate™ for payment.
Credit card details will be entered directly into a secure ANZ eGate payment page. MummyMatters
will not save, nor will we be advised of your credit card details, only advice of your payment.
- Upon submission of your online order form, we will hold your order
for 7 days, after which it will be returned to our inventory if we
have not received your payment.

Postage within New Zealand is as follows:

*In the event that your postage was waived in your original order and
you subsequently request for a full or partial refund such that your
revised total order amount falls below $120, we will refund you the cost
of the item(s) you are returning less the postage cost of $5.
- If you wish to collect your order personally, there is no charge. Please
contact
us either by phone or email to make arrangements.
- In-stock orders will be sent out within 1 working day
upon receipt of your payment, and it will take the courier company 1-2
working days for delivery in North Island and 2-3 working days for
delivery in South Island. We will advise you either by phone or email if we anticipate any delays,
or if the item(s) you have ordered is out of stock.

Exchange & Returns Policy
- We will provide a full refund or a replacement and pay for your
postage costs for garments with defects. We will require the garment(s) to
be sent back to us in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed within
14 working days from the date of delivery.
- For reasons other than defect items, you can either return the
garment(s) and we will provide you a refund (less postage cost of $5 if
your total order amount falls from above $120 to below $120 due to the
return), or request for an
exchange. We will require the garment(s) to be sent back to us in its
original packaging, unworn and unwashed within 14 working days from the
date of delivery. However, your return postage costs will not be refunded.
Please phone or email us to arrange for refund or exchange.
- No refunds will be issued for items that are sold as Factory
Seconds.

it was given. From time to time MummyMatters may send product information
(including special offers) in the mail or by email. If at any time in the
